A deposit equivalent to SEK 3000 per rental week must be paid within 5 days of reservation. The paid deposit will be reimbursed after the rental period when the house is cleaned and inspected. (If the cleaning is not acceptable the client will be charged a leaning fee). The full rental cost must be paid 60 days before arrival at the latest and should be paid without any reminder. 

For bookings less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount (rental cost + deposit) must be paid within 72 hours from time of confirmation. If the payment is not done in time the reservation might get cancelled. 

If you cancel earlier than 60 days before arrival you only have to pay  the service charge equal to the deposit of 3000 SEK. If you cancel later than 60 days but earlier than 30 days before the agreed arrival, you must pay 50% of the rental amount in addition to the paid deposit.

If you cancel more than 30 days before the agreed arrival, you must pay 100% of the rental amount. The tenant is recommended to have a separate cancellation insurance through an insurance company or bank

After the deposit has been paid you will get a written contract
Final payment must be made at least 60 days before your arrival. Payment shall be made without any additional request from the landlord.
