The Beach House
The Beach House on Lake Hären sits directly on the waters edge. Postioned next to Bella Vista in the same small summer house community, The Beach House has the unique position of its own sandy beach area with direct lake access.
Newly redesigned the modern Beach House with lake side postion is west facing and capturing the evening sun and private court yard is the perfect spot for the morning sun. The court yard also provides direct access from two of the double debrooms. Designed to accommodate the requirements of modern living the house offers open-plan living with 50 sqm kitchen and living room, 2 double debrooms with king size beds, 1 family room with king bed and bunk beds, 2 bathrooms one with washing/dryer. The living room features a wall of folding doors facing the lake , drawing the stunning lake shoreline vista into the space and for the cooler months a wood burning stove.
Lawn for ball games and play
On the entrance side of the House there is a lawn for games and play, maybe a round of Bocce, a game of badminton or why not a little croquet!
Beach House in Winter
As with the other properties this is a year-round summer house, with an abundance of modern comforts in a very traditional and peaceful location.
Own Jetty!
The cottage has its own bridge to go swimming or take the boat on explorations of the Lake Hären and nearby lakes. You can row and paddle all the way to the Mill Creek
through a system of lakes and rivers.
